Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize draw is open to people 18 years and over who have ordered 2 (two) Professional Land Surveys in the month of March 2023.
2. Your name will be entered for every 2 (two) Professional Land Surveys ordered during the month of March 2023.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4.  If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email us at office@rhodessurveying.com with Prize Draw in the subject line.
5. The Prize Draw’s closing date is 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2023.
6. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries.
7. The winner will receive 2 Dallas Mavericks tickets which will be announced on Facebook on April 3. 2023. The winner will also be notified via email. 
8. Rhodes Surveying accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from, parking, and concessions.) 
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
